Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: All shipping is done with UPS using real time rates. If a PO Box is specified we will ship USPS.  We offer Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2 Day Air for UPS shipping methods.

Delivery notices with tracking numbers are sent by UPS after we process your order to inform you when to expect delivery. All shipped orders are trackable by logging in to your account on our web site or by using your tracking number at

We only ship to US destinations.


RETURNS: If you are, for any reason, unhappy with all or part of your purchase, you have the option of exchange or refund within 30 days from the invoice date*.  All items must be unused, in like-new condition, and in their original packaging.  Returns will be credited for the merchandise returned and will not include shipping charges.  Please e-mail us with your request and invoice number and we will issue a Return Authorization Number.  This number must be written clearly on the outside of the box and expires 14 days after it has been issued. If your return has not been received within 14 days of the date your Return Authorization Number was issued, your return will be refused and will not be processed.

Skateboard decks are not completely guaranteed.  If a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned.  Any skateboard deck warranty is handled by the manufacturer directly and must be within 30 Days of the invoice date and must be due to manufacturers defect unless otherwise noted by the manufacturer.  E-mail us with your request and order number and we will get you the required information necessary to proceed.

REFUSED SHPIMENTS: Any packages that are refused at the time of delivery will still be subject to all shipping costs, including but not limited to: cost of freight to destination, return postage, and any tariffs, import or brokerage fees.

* 1) Any Limited Edition footwear (LTD) is non-returnable, all sales are final.
   2) All snowboard equipment is subject to a 5% restocking fee.
